Huey is a organ harvester in the Fallout TV series.[1]
Background[]
Huey, together with Squirrel, manages the organ harvesting business at the Super Duper Mart with the help of their medical Mr. Handy robot Snip Snip.[1] They are under the protection of Sorrel Booker's "Govermint".[2]

The Ghouls[]
Within the Super Duper Mart, Huey sits on a couch beside Squirrel while watching a pre-war cartoon on their TV. Soon, Snip Snip arrives with Lucy MacLean tied to a stretcher and announces to them that their latest "arrival" has arrived, and Huey apathetically curses in celebration. Huey then asks Snip Snip what the retriever was asking for, and he answers sixty vials. After checking his box, Huey claims they can afford it and requests that Snip Snip do her immediately so they're prepared for the next pickup. Snip Snip compliments Huey for the idea, and as he leads Lucy away, Huey thanks him. As Snip Snip leaves, Huey notes how nice the robot is to Squirrel, who continues to eat his ramen.[1]
Afterward, Lucy returns to the two harvesters and demands that Squirrel and Huey raise their hands or else Snip Snip would get hurt. However, Huey nonchalantly claims that Snip Snip was just a fucking robot. Squirrel concurs, noting it's like holding an airconditioner hostage, but Huey mentions that an airconditioner would be nice. This would lead to a brief chat about the perks of owning one and whether Lucy knows what it means.[1]
Lucy then lifts up one of Snip Snip's arms, revealing she's converted it into a makeshift Weapon that fires off Syringes filled with Abraxo Draining Fluid. She then has Snip Snip recite the Abraxo jingle, where part of it notes that it's very poisonous. Because of the situation, Huey allows Lucy to go free, but she wants the captive ghouls to be released. Looking toward Squirrel, who nods slightly, Huey releases the non-feral ghouls.[1]
Seeing that not all of the ghouls were released, one in particular who changed her name, "Martha", Lucy demanded that the remainder be released. Huey tries to reason with Lucy, but she fires off her weapon, and the dart shot out of it hits the couch and begins to erode it a bit, leaving the two shocked by what they've witnessed. Left with no other choice, Huey releases the remaining ones, who all turn out to be feral, and attacks them.[1]
Immediately, the two fired their weapons at the feral ghouls, and Squirrel was lunged and eaten by one, which Huey killed. Moments after this, a feral ghoul that attacked Snip Snip turned its attention to Huey and lunged at his throat, killing him, only for Huey to fire his weapon at it before dying.[1]
After the two organ harvesters are dead, Lucy takes a brief moment to look at their corpses. A little later, their corpses can be seen when the Ghoul enters the area where they died and helps himself to their vials, booze, and the use of their TV.[1]
The Trap[]
Huey's corpse could be partially seen when the Sherriff enters the Super Duper Mart and finds the Ghoul on the floor. He's blamed for destroying the "legitimate" business, which is against the law imposed by the Govermint.[2]
Personality[]
Huey portrayed himself as a lazy, apathetic person who thought Snip Snip was "nice" but didn't care if he got hurt when Lucy held it hostage.[1]
