When Lucy MacLean enters the town of Filly, she walks by the huge man wielding a sledgehammer, who glares at her threateningly.
The Head[]
The Filly huge man is one of a group of scavengers led by Tom investigating the unguarded power armor of Maximus in Filly. When Maximus tries to recover the armor, he fights for it along with three other scavengers. After initially beating Maximus into the ground, the group loses interest in him.
The huge man is last seen when Maximus clobbers him across the jaw twice with a very large wrench, knocking him unconscious and possibly killing him.

The huge man appears in the Fallout TV series episodes "The Target" and "The Head" (credited as "scavenger" in the latter episode).
