This was a pre-War campsite and lookout tower for the National Park Service in Shenandoah National Park. In 2105, following the creation of the Storm, a group of Settlers from Foundation and a group of Crater Raiders both took shelter at the camp in the hopes of waiting out the Storm. To avoid hostilities, the groups set up rules for coexistence, such as forbidding murder and saying that thieves would be banished from the camp.[1] However, this did not prevent tensions from rising between the the two groups.[2] They ending up fighting and killing each other, possibly because the raiders believed one of the settlers was stealing from them and decided to take matters into their own hands.[3]
