The building is located on the elevated land to the south of Charleston, near the fire station. It shares the building with a business labeled "foodstuffs" but the other section is inaccessible. The interior of the building is accessible via two doorways on each end of a single room. A note is found on the counter, explaining the additional function of the coffee shop as a community meeting place.
