Code Blue

Refuge Daily: Code Blue is a daily quest in the Fallout 76 update Expeditions: The Pitt.

It is one of two alternating Refuge Daily quests that provide 50 Ultracells for launching Expeditions, the other being A Refugee's Guide.

Quick walkthrough[]

• Talk to Rucker.
• Read a terminal entry at the given location.
• Retrieve a medical supply item from the location.
• Deliver the item to the Responder medic.

Detailed walkthrough[]

The quest alternates its availability between itself and A Refugee's Guide each day. When the quest is available, it is started by talking to Rucker at the Whitespring Refuge. She will give the player character the task of retrieving medical information from a pre-War ruin. The Responders at the Refuge are seeking out medical knowledge to help treat refugees, and Rucker has identified a location to acquire this know-how. In exchange, she will provide a share of Ultracells.

There are six possible locations for this quest (see below). After accepting the job from Rucker, one will be marked on the map. Travel there, and the quest marker will lead to a terminal on the premises. Read through the terminal; the quest log will update after reading the correct entry. This terminal entry will provide context on what item can be retrieved at the location. From there, search the location for a specific container. Loot the highlighted quest item from the bag.

With the medical item in hand, return to the Whitespring Refuge. The final objective of this quest is to deliver the item to the Responder medic, who is waiting in a side room in the Refuge. She will express her gratitude at the new medical material. The quest will then complete and 50 Ultracells will be rewarded, alongside other standard quest rewards.
