The Raider representative is a member of the Crater Raiders who can be found at the Whitespring Refuge in Appalachia.
Background[]
The Raider representative is a cold and standoffish individual who says that he is merely keeping an eye on the Responders' operations at the Whitespring on behalf of Meg Groberg. Unlike the Settler representative, he has not come to refuge seeking food or help, though he will not reject any food the refuge has for the people of Crater. He would also prefer receiving chems or alcohol instead of food. He maintains a "survival of the fittest" outlook and is against refugees from the Pitt flooding into Crater.
