Jackie is a member of the Crater Raiders at the Crater in Appalachia.
Background[]
Jackie wrote to fellow Raider Dusty telling him that their "big pay day" would have to wait, as there was no way to enter Monongah Mine, which they were planning to loot. Jackie stated that they would try to find as many explosives as possible to blast open the entrance, lamenting that China did not drop a nuke on the mine. Jackie planned to meet up with Dusty at the Crater when they had acquired the explosives.[1]
