The Union saboteur is a member of the Union's Local 42 in The Pitt. He is one of Hex's assistants.
Background[]
He is working to fight back against the Fanatics, but requires code words from the Vault Dwellers in order to prove their loyalty. He carries bombs with him to be used against the Fanatics, and is looking to steal munitions from them.
