The cultist totem is an unmarked location in the Forest region of Appalachia.

Hidden in a forest on a hillside between Point Pleasant and the Marigold Pavilion, one finds a Cult of the Mothman temple. Seven horned figures surrounded by tree roots form an arch. Near the central totem, there are several candles and three corpses of the followers of the cult. The place constantly attracts small animals.
