The note can be found at the community center in Atlantic City. It is on the second floor of the library area, in a booby-trapped office cubicle, next to the corpse of a Municipal auditor.

Carly Day: The last time I spoke into one of these was during an interview with a muckraker before the bombs. Ironic. Some nobody farmer from the outskirts of the city came knocking at my door today. Tracked his muddy boots all over City Hall. Said that I've done a terrible job as mayor, and it's about time someone did something about it. As if someone of his ilk could do better! He told me I have two options. Either I leave and get to keep my head, or he blows it off me. I say let him try! He's not the first loon to try to usurp me, that's for sure. Plenty more have tried and failed, and they had a lot more power than Timothy Lane. I'm not going anywhere. My security detail will make quick work of him. Maybe I'll even have Quentino's boys teach him a lesson.
