Patrol 5: Control Tower is a holotape in Fallout 76.

The tape can be found during the quest Safe for Work by selecting "Resource Requests" on the terminal in the air traffic control tower of the Morgantown Airport.

near the rate that we need. So the goal is that we'll pull in Volunteers to do at least one patrol for formal advanced training. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. This holotape and the other patrol logs will be removed from the player character's inventory upon completion of Safe for Work.
