Stella meets Stratton is a holotape in Fallout 76, introduced in the Expeditions: Atlantic City update part two, America's Playground.

The tape can be found in the Showman's Pier, only when the quest Custodial Compulsions is active. It is one of six clues to find in the quest's optional objective. It is placed on the table of a diner booth to the south of the main stage.
Transcript[]
Stella:"You're new here. I know all my regulars. How did you like the show?"
Stratton: "I'm sorry, but that spot's taken."
Stella: "I don't see anyone taking it. A shame... Whoever stood you up clearly doesn't see what they're missing."
Stratton: "They're missing the opportunity of a lifetime. If we don't close this merger, it's- You wouldn't understand."
Stella: "Forget the merger, honey. Forget all of it. You're here with me now, isn't that right?"
Stratton: "No, I'm- I can't be distracted by this right now. Security! I need help with this dancer- Wait, wait! No, it's not me! I'm the one being harassed!"
Stella: "Now, Brutus, hold on. Don't be so rough with him. Brutus! *sigh* What a dolt. I was just getting interested..."
