Apartment Renter: I tell ya, those filthy rich college kids are ruining everything. Rent's going up another hundred dollars this year. Monorail rates? They almost doubled since I moved in. The landlord is even thinking about billing us for maintenance requests. I'm not sure that's even legal. Oh, and to top it all off, yeah, they're actually building another Slocum's Joe downtown. I mean, seriously, do we really need more donut shops? This is getting ridiculous! I'll tell ya, this is not my Morgantown.
