Ted, also known as Horn, is a member of the Blood Eagles in Appalachia.
Background[]
Ted worked under The Eye's Executioner. He was extremely overenthusiastic about the Blood Eagle naming system, declaring himself both "The Horn" and "The Bloodiest Eagle of them All," much to the annoyance of his boss. This led The Eye's executioner to request for a new assistant to replace him.[1]
