Watch Master Floyd was a member of the Blood Eagles at Crimson Prospect in Appalachia.
Background[]
Floyd co-led the outpost along with "Raid Leader" Earl. After a particular raid, they got into a disagreement over who had the claim to a chair Earl brought back from a raid, with Floyd claiming that he needed a comfortable chair if he was to sit and guard all day, while Earl already had the best bed in the outpost.[1] Floyd eventually decided the only way to settle the argument would be to kill Earl, so he designed a plan to lure Earl up to his guard post and push him over the edge, and asked for Randy's help to do so, believing that he would make a better raid leader than Earl.[2][3]
He is the owner of a chest and an associated key, both of which can be found at Crimson Prospect.
