Dishwasher Steve is a member of the Blood Eagles at Bloody Frank's in Appalachia.
Background[]
Having recently joined the Blood Eagles at Bloody Frank's, Steve wanted to become one of their cooks. Jessi accepted him but gave him the newbie's duty of washing dishes instead.[1] Despite this, he continued to offer his recipe ideas to Frank in hopes of becoming a cook sooner.
In return, Frank stole his ideas and passed them off as his own.[2] Eventually, Steve realized how they were exploiting him and began plotting to kill them.[3]
