Background[]
The Eye's Executioner oversaw the torture and conversion of new recruits, determining which ones would be sent to the Eye for further torture. After her assistant Ted became overenthusiastic about his Blood Eagle name, declaring himself the "Bloodiest Eagle of them All," she secretly requested to have him replaced and questioned the usefulness of the naming system.[1]

Behind the scenes[]
Voice actresses Paula Tiso and Judy Alice Lee are both credited for the role of The Eye's Executioner, but the voice heard on the holotape in-game is that of Lee, not Tiso.
