In the TV series[]
In "The End," Vault 32 raiders use a variety of knives during their attack on Vault 33.
In "The Target," the Ghoul uses his Bowie knife to attack CX404 and later cuts one of Maximus' oxygen tubes to his T-60 power armor.
In "The Head," the Ghoul uses his Bowie knife to cut a rope that Lucy MacLean was tied to.
In "The Ghouls," right after the Ghoul used his revolver to kill Roger, and proceeded to use his knife to crave him up to create some ass jerky. He then orders Lucy to do the carving for him, and she capitulates.
The Ghoul later uses his Bowie knife to cut off Lucy's finger after she bites off one of his.
