The T60 pistol[1] is a weapon used by the Brotherhood of Steel in the Fallout TV series.
Background[]
Mounted on a power armor suit
It is a semi-automatic, high-powered sidearm with an elongated barrel and bracket underneath. It lacks conventional iron sights, as it is designed for use with T-60 power armor and can be carried on either hip, thanks to circular mounting points on both sides of the weapon. It is loaded from detachable magazines via a magazine well in the grip, with nine shots per reload.[2]
This weapon is a standard handgun used in 2296 by Brotherhood of Steel knights equipped with the T-60 power armor.
In the TV series[]

In "The Target," the pistol is visible on Maximus' power armor and is later used ineffectively by him in the fight with the Ghoul.
In "The Head," Maximus uses the pistol to try and take down the gulper as it approaches, covering Thaddeus's retreat to shore. He empties the magazine before staring at it in confusion and getting attacked by the creature.
In "The Radio," the pistol is seen strapped to Maximus' power armor and subsequently abandoned as they return the fusion core to Vault 4.

This type of pistol is used in "The Beginning" by Brotherhood Knights as they apprehend Maximus and prepare to execute him for treason. It is seen again during the brutal Battle of Griffith Observatory, used by one of the troops in power armor.
Behind the scenes[]
The T60 pistol physical prop appears is based on a Desert Eagle Mark XIX, fitted with an underbarrel bracket and an extended frame.[3][4]
