In "The End," the single action revolver was in Cooper Howard's gun holster throughout his performance at Roy Spencer's birthday party and after the bombs drop.
In "The Head", Cooper uses the gun during the filming of a movie called The Man from Deadhorse. By the film's climax, Cooper points the gun at "Joey Toro," played by a man named Jorge, who begs for mercy but, in a moment of hesitation, doesn't shoot him dead.
In "The Ghouls," the Ghoul sits on the couch inside the Super Duper Mart and from the television set watches The Man from Deadhorse. The scene that plays is when Cooper's character points the single action revolver at Joey Toro, and this time, the villain is shot dead.
