- Mr. Makeover wears a unique top hat attached to the top of its chassis.
- After repairing Mr. Makeover, when interacted with, it will say generic Mister Handy dialogue (voiced by Stephen Russell). However, when left alone, it will occasionally say new, unique lines on its own, reflecting the "makeover" personality (voiced by Scott Lambright).
