A Grand Reopening is a side quest in Fallout 76, introduced in the Expeditions: Atlantic City update part two, America's Playground.
A Grand Reopening was only present in the files for the Public Test Server. Although stated to be part of America's Playground, the quest appeared to be less developed than the other side quests (Custodial Compulsions, Hells Eagles, Regent of the Dead) and employed temporary dialogue. Any means of activating the quest were not discovered in the Public Test Server.
The quest will involve a reopening of the Nukashine, the underground bar at Big Al's Tattoo Parlor. It is not yet known if the quest will release with America's Playground, or if it will release with a future update.
