Olivia was an inhabitant of the Sanctum in the Pitt.
Background[]
Before the Sanctum was overrun by the Fanatics, a sickness spread amongst the survivors in the cathedral. Olivia was one of them, and almost stopped breathing, in part due to toxic air.[1]

There is a person named Olivia Brown mentioned in a prisoner data terminal at the Sanctum, if destroying the terminal is an objective for From Ashes to Fire. It is unclear if they are meant to be the same person.
