Brother Michael was a clergyman at a cathedral in Pittsburgh.
Background[]
Brother Michael was one of the priests of a cathedral that would eventually become known as the Sanctum. Prior to the Great War, the priesthood in charge of the cathedral found themselves short on money. Management decided to enact a donation quota system, where each team member was required to raise at least $155,000.[1] Brother Michael attempted to reach out to a third party for enough money to "keep the doors open," though they ultimately left them "with nothing" except suggesting tours of the "spooky catacombs" to raise funds. Brother Michael asked for advice from Brother Sherman on what to do, claiming he didn't join the organization for money, but to spread the "good word."[2]
