Leo Chase was a member of the Fire Breathers in 2096 who was assigned to assist with sealing Big Bend Tunnel against the Scorched.
Background[]
Leo believed that it was insanity to progress with the mission without the Fire Breathers' best man, Hank Madigan, to the extent that he insisted on recording Melody Larkin's orders for the squad to move out so he could report back to Madigan upon his return. He only relented when Maria Chavez gave him a direct order and reminded him of what was at stake with the delay he was proposing.[1]
