Cullen McLeeder was a volunteer member of the Responders in Appalachia.
Background[]
Cullen McLeeder arrived in Flatwoods on July 25, 2096, after the town had already been abandoned by the Responders. He checked into a volunteer terminal and planned to complete the training as he would receive rations and rugged survival equipment if he finished the program.[1]
By September 1, 2096, he was a fully fledged Volunteer Responder.[2] He teamed up with Dr. Adam Veen to try and find the other Responders.
His last known location was at Morgantown Airport where he checked in at a volunteer terminal on November 20, 2096. He is presumed deceased.
