Background[]
Tanner and several others, including Caleb Widmer and Janson, barricaded themselves in the second floor break room of the Morgantown Airport terminal after it was overrun by the Scorched. All having sustained injuries, Tanner and the others chose to commit suicide to prevent themselves from becoming Scorched and hurting other people.[1]
