Background[]
On September 20, 2082, Responder Goldman discovered Barry Tomlin attempting to break into East St. Bank. After Goldman confronted him, Barry became belligerent and shot Goldman, killing him. The gunshots woke nearby residents, who apprehended Barry.[1]
