Inhaler vial

The inhaler vials contain a consumable substance that appears to prevent ghouls from becoming feral.

The substance inside the vials is a yellow liquid. At least one of its sources is the organ harvesters Huey and Squirrel, who appear to procure it from the harvested organs of ghouls.^[1]

• The yellow liquid inside the vials appears similar to the snake oil salesman's "elixir", which might indicate that they contain the same substance.
