Hilda Stolz is the head of Vault 63 organics sector in Fallout 76, introduced in the Skyline Valley update.
Background[]
Hilda is the daughter of August Stolz, the brother of Hugo Stolz. Her family connection to Hugo allowed her to survive the Great War in Vault 63 due to her family lineage. She realizes she was born into a privileged position. However, she is grateful to survive the apocalypse and has developed a very compassionate and friendly demeanor. Despite this, she can still be a bit manipulative and enjoyed pranking people, although her pranks were minor like using whoopee cushions.
She was transformed into a ghoul when radiation leaked into the Vault over the years. She has been researching a way to revert the Lost back to normal, or at least give them the ability to communicate again. Her father August volunteered to be a test subject to find a cure. After he became comatose, Hilda inherited the duty of running the organics sector.
In 2105, Hilda communicates with a Vault Dweller who found the Ash Heap entrance to Vault 63.
