- The doctor's appearance is randomized.
- Although her dialogue is no different from the other Vault 63 dwellers, the Vault doctor has a different display name and wears a Vault-Tec lab coat instead of a jumpsuit.

Behind the scenes[]
A character record exists in the game's files for a living male Vault doctor at Vault 63, but he is not used in-game, unlike this unique female Vault doctor. There are also female and male records for the corpses of deceased Vault doctors, as well as a Lost version of the male doctor, though they likewise do not appear in-game.
