"Lost Girl" is a quest in NieR:Automata. As 2B and 9S investigate Pascal's village, they are beckoned by a machine wearing a blue ribbon for assistance.
Activation[]
- Speak to the Big Sister Machine at the bottom of Pascal's Village. She will also call on the player if they're near enough.
Objectives[]
- Find the Little Sister Machine out in the Desert Zone.
- Escort her back to the Desert entrance.
- Meet with the Big Sister Machine.
Quest log[]
- You have been asked to locate a machine's little sister who went to the desert to look for parts to repair the older sister. Find her!
- You found the lost little sister machine.
- Bring her back to Pascal's village.
- The lost child thanked you for guiding her out of the desert and returned to Pascal's village.
- The sisters are together again at last!

Notes[]
- If this quest is not completed during the first half of the game, the Big Sister Machine will later tell A2 that her little sister died in the desert. Despite this, however, the corpses of both sisters will still appear when Pascal's Village is attacked later on.
