Devouring Vigor: Deal 35% damage to one enemy 2 times and increase your attack by 6% for 10 seconds. Cooldown: 18 sec(s).

How to Obtain[]

Rewarded after completing Story Quest The Girl and the Monster Ch. 1: Windblown Sand (His Body, Rust) Quest 2 on Normal Difficulty.

Weapon Story[]

A brisk breeze blows across a hill overlooking the mountain.
