I would certainly agree, especially in the sense that it just meets the criteria. Much like the Wright Flyer, the history pages aren't just limited to historical figures. That chalkboard says it all. Hmm... aside from the refs that need adding, there's really not that much to do until revive forum part II to determine who is a pure human or not. The main reason I became a teacher was so I could illustrate to at least a sliver of students that history isn't just a bunch of dates or people to memorize, but instead a tool that can help one analyze current situations and propose possible solutions to those situations. I also wanted to break the mold that all history teachers/professors stand at the front of the room and monotonously drone on and on and instead engage my students and hold legitimate conversations with them along with asking their opinions on events and people to keep them "in" the conversation. --Kastera ^(talk) 21:41, May 30, 2013 (UTC)

I've taken a look and I think they're very well done. It's especially good that there are a large number of citations/references (that most other pages lack). There are a lot of red links but they should be taken care of in due time. And the Bleak House page will be on the book, since that is the one referenced on the chalkboard, but nevertheless the eponymous house itself can be talked about within the article. Looks ok to me. I'm not too happy with all those red links (+40 or so compared to 2 weeks ago) but I trust you'll make pages of them all. Line breaks[]

I was removing some idle line breaks made by Skire bot (enable show bots). I tried to make Skire aware of the error, but no response, so I started correcting some of my own. And I can assure you I did it by hand. Jspoel 23:59, June 2, 2013 (UTC)

Edits[]

My bot has been going around for the last hour removing project tags, but unfortunately it has been leaving behind an extraneous white line where the project tags used to be. I now have resumed the separate program that removes the extraneous white line (along with other minor fixes) to follow the removals. I had paused this second program because I wanted the first program (removing the tags) to move ahead, since the second program had (somehow) been catching up and surpassing the first. Jspoel knows of this white line issue from a previous conversation and I think he's been removing them after my bot removes the tags. I hope you can understand what's going on and it certainly isn't anything malicious. there is an error on the bleak house page. it mentions that the book is referenced on the classroom blackboard in vault 13 in fallout 3 when i think it should read vault 101 as vault 13 isn't in fallout 3.

Ghoul[]

Hey, thanks for the support. I know that there's a Ghoul page already but I think tactics needs it's own page. The ghouls in tactics are mostly just creatures to be killed for xp, so I think having a page that has the stats of the different variants is useful. There's at least ten different variants. Whilst the ghoul page seems to be basically an overview of the ghoul race, I'd like the tactics page to be just like any other creature article with all the variants and loot. Audio Needed[]

Hey Guardian. Glad you're adding those maintenance tags for the audio files - as the maintenance tags are really quite useful to know what needs work, yet aren't used all that much - but I'd just like to leave you a heads up that it's best to always place them into the most specific categories. By this I mean instead of just Category:Audio needed you place them into ones such as Category:Audio needed (Fallout), Category:Audio needed (Fallout 2) and so forth. You can do this in the maintenance tags themselves by just placing a bar then input the game abbrevations such as {Audio needed|FNV}. When you add an audio file tag, you should remove the Notable Quotes Audio Project tag. No need to have two of the same. Also, a project tag precedes a file wanted tag. So first you would get the NQPT tag, then the audio file tag. While you're at it, you may also want to consider helping out uploading files. He does it for a reason. Roach King, Torcher and The Surgeon aren't fixed characters. They can vary in gender and appearance. So you can't really tell what quote they have. He knows what he's doing. I don't teach children how to hyphenate, but that's how it was written here (not exactly hyphens, but a double dash (--)). Given it's on a Yale website, I'd say it's reliable. I noticed awhile ago the missing film pages were being made. Although they didn't follow your precedents, I do think it's good that someone decided to take up the job, especially when we're seeing fewer and fewer active editors each month. They're looking great though, and the referencing is an important part (especially when much of the information on the wiki isn't referenced properly). I'm not doing much tonight, a few of my mother's colleagues are coming over for dinner. Fallout film[]

Yes, LolGuy (formely known as Broccoli) made work of them, and I didn't see a reason to intervene. I know you asked that you finish them, but you've been away too long and he was improving content (we had nothing). But you can go ahead and correct them and like you said, it gives you the motivation do polish them off, which may not have been the case if he hadn't created them. To answer some of your questions. I'm fine thanks; personally ok (spent holiday with my closest relatives) and the wiki is doing well too. Just received a big prize so that's a good way to start a year. Wouldn't know anything real major you missed. Things have been reasonably stable in the past half year. I'd go in chat and ask around for specifics. I do hope to see you editing again, it's one of the things I hope to see more of in general this year to come. I didn't remove any red links from the Fallout film. Ask LolGuy, from what I recall he did remove 1 or 2 links and changed them to redirects because they were too small for a page. Sorry, but I don't see a portal happening. It's a canceled movie treatment and not significant enough for an own portal. It has a link now in the Fallout in other media which Agent c created a while back. I usually don't like to read into things too much here, but what exactly did you mean by, "# Well, it seems it might very well be that way as Danny has undermined me on your TP I see."? I went to apologise in case I sounded too frustrated in my initial response to his post. It has no intention of undermine your stance (which I still agree with, but am looking for compromise at the same time). When I referred to "leaving it out," I meant leaving it out of FW:ADMIN, while possibly expanding it on FW:ABOUT (as part of a compromise). --Skire (talk) 02:25, January 3, 2014 (UTC)

I'm thinking of voting on both Ausir and Porter's rights (now that J has expressed disagreement) as well as permitting expansion of FW:ABOUT (as you, Chad, and myself believe it could be expanded) at administrative discretion. We can include Porter there. Also, maybe we can provide a link to them from the FW:ADMIN page (in the {{For}} template). And King Tut looks great! Now that's where you're wrong :) There is an achievement track for new pages, see . One for an edit within the hour of the page its creation is the first one (other is 100 main namespace edits in one day). You've created quite a bit lately so you're well on your way.
