- Both the outfit and hat are crafted at an armor workbench after learning the respective plans (Plan: Snake wrangler outfit and Plan: Snake wrangler hat), which are given as potential rewards for completing the Expedition mission The Most Sensational Game once per week.
- Alternatively, the plans can be purchased from Giuseppe Della Ripa for 30 stamps each.
- A non-playable version is worn by Veracio Cruz.
