The Latimer residence is an unmarked location in Diamond City in 2287. It belongs to Malcom and Nelson Latimer, two of the more affluent residents of Diamond City.

Layout[]

This house in the city's upper stands features a single room with a unique display of decadence, being decorated with a coastal theme complete with the rather bizarre addition of a small yet deep indoor pool with a rowboat. Together with the rest of the furnishings, the Latimers have created a private beach of sorts. The home bears evidence of heavy drinking; the boat is filled with empty beer bottles, while a patio table by the pool has a more expensive bottle of bourbon. The rest of the residence has a fair amount of scrappable items and minor loot, some miscellaneous furniture and shelving, and a pool table.

Notes[]

The Latimer residence key is needed to enter the house without lockpicking the Advanced-locked door.

Appearances[]

The Latimer residence appears only in Fallout 4.
