The northwest house is an unmarked location in the Commonwealth in 2287. It is located in the town of Concord, next to the Concord sign along the road from the Red Rocket truck stop.

A two-story small house on the outskirts of Concord. The upper floor contains some loot and an unowned mattress that can be slept on.

- Nuka-Cola Quantum in the fridge.

- A red bandana and welding goggles can be found on a dresser upstairs.
- Upstairs, a safe can be found next to the dresser.
- This house is not a secure safehouse. Loot left in this house will disappear after a few days.
