Best of Three is a quest in the Fallout 4 Creation Club content "Tesla Cannon."
The quest was later integrated into Fallout 4 for free as part of its next-gen update.

Detailed walkthrough[]
After leaving Vault 111 for the first time, the Pip-Boy will pick up the Vault-Tec distress signal. Listening to it will activate a quest marker just to the south of Somerville Place, close to the boundary of the Glowing Sea in the southern area of the Commonwealth. At the marked spot, one will find a dead Gunner with a Gunner holotape on the body, which will have only the Instructions for Crane entry, revealing that the Gunners occupying Vault 95 have worked out how to hack Pip-Boys and intend to use them to locate and raid more vaults in the Commonwealth. Accessing the dead Gunner's Pip-Boy (via a third button-press option when looking down at the corpse) will bring up a menu with several corrupted options and one timestamped option which will point to a second Gunner's Pip-Boy and the coordinates for it.
The new map marker leads into the southeastern corner of the Glowing Sea, to the Hopesmarch Pentecostal church where the next dead Gunner is strewn over the pulpit in the main chapel. If coming here for the first time, the room will be heavily infested with feral ghouls. Accessing the second Pip-Boy and checking the timestamped entry will lead to another set of coordinates to the southeast, at the Relay tower 0DB-521. Here, the dead Gunner is slumped against the terminal block. Upon accessing the Pip-Boy and checking the timestamped entry, however, the body will explode as at least five bloatfiles will spawn and attack.
Instead of coordinates and a new map marker, the Pip-Boy will pick up a Gunner Signal Remnant, acting similarly to the "courser signal" during Hunter/Hunted. Tracking it will eventually lead to the site of Skylanes Flight 1665 to the southwest. The signal will end at the center section of the wreck, surrounded by burning ash piles all containing Gunner apparel and fusion cells. The third and final corpse is in-between the seats in the separated section. Accessing the third and final Pip-Boy will cause Caroni to spawn, attacking with a Tesla cannon. Once he is killed, loot the body and pick up the weapon to complete the quest.

Bugs[]
Removing all items from the bodies of the dead Gunners may cause their bodies to disappear. They can still be interacted with but they are not visible. Interacting with their Pip-Boys before removing all items seems to prevent them from disappearing.[verification overdue]
