The Vault-Tec distress signal is a radio signal in the Commonwealth in the Fallout 4 Creation Club content "Tesla Cannon". It consists of nothing more than a man's cryptic plea for help.

Upon installation of the corresponding mod, the signal becomes available upon loading a save file almost immediately.

This is the only radio signal in a Creation Club quest to feature any actual dialogue. It is a reused voice line from captive settlers in the internal quest "DialogueCaptivePrisoner" (voiced by Brandon Keener). It is followed by the standard announcer voice from the relay tower stations in the game.
