The install process was a nightmare. They sent out multiple people but when the installer arrives the people sent out previously, did not do their jobs, so he could not do his. 2 attempts and the installer re-ran the drop to the house and was able to complete the installation 1 week after. I was also told the attempt to get me online, knocked out service to another neighborhood down the line. Thankfully, we are all up and running now. Wondering what additional customers will affect my service in the future!

For over ten years, we have been clients of Zadarma (an international brand) and Novofon (their subsidiary in Russia and the CIS countries). These companies have the same owners and are affiliated, which can be verified through legal information and social media profiles. Recently, they have attracted new investors who are dismantling the company from within, aiming to maximize profits and severing ties with long-standing clients to penetrate the European and American markets. It is important to note that in Europe, companies are not allowed to block profiles, a fact that Zadarma seems to overlook. The political situation has also influenced their current policy towards clients. At present, their rating on Russian review sites is less than 2 stars out of 5. Clients complain about the lack of 24/7 support, slow resolution of issues, and limited technical knowledge of the support staff. Ignoring client requests is also a frequent issue, which we tolerated for a while. I am a Russian citizen living abroad, and my documents (official residence permit, bank statements, driver’s licenses) were rejected by Zadarma based on nationality, raising suspicions of discrimination. Although European banks and government services accept my documents, Zadarma does not. Additionally, there are payment difficulties: UK banks such as HSBC, Barclays, Bank of Ireland, and Wise do not allow money transfers to Zadarma’s account due to high risk. Massive profile blocks have become common for Zadarma and their subsidiary in Russia, especially affecting long-time users. From my circle of acquaintances, at least 20 people in Russia and 13 people in the US and Europe have faced blockages and had to switch to more reliable telecom service providers. I recommend that anyone considering cooperation with Zadarma read the reviews on Russian and CIS websites to get a full picture of the company's operations. Your attempt to change the legal entity is merely an effort to split the companies into different markets (currently conflicting), while the decision-makers remain the same. The same manipulation occurs on other sites: the company employs professional marketers who manipulate the reputation. If necessary, and if there is an attempt to deny this, I will conduct an analysis myself and ensure the removal of half of the positive reviews on this platform by providing irrefutable evidence of their "commercial publication." Revised 3.0: Dear colleagues in the business community, please use AI-level verification to check the reviews from the following individuals: Catalina Johnston, Lara Dietrich, Stefan Richter, Marie Pollet, and several others on the first page (for now). I have identified these reviews as being generated with the help of artificial intelligence. They are all written in a standard language and translated using a typical translator. The profiles were created on the same day or have never been used for posting reviews and have not been verified. This indicates a lot. Even now, my words may cast doubt on the entire positive reputation of this organization on this site.

First adviser I spoke to was unable to resolve my issue due to a shift change. Understandable, I'm a human also and when it's the end of the day, it's the end of the day. Second advisor resolved in 30 seconds. Samson, you are the man! It was an APN input error on my part. No fault of Saily at all. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I feel the first advisor could have just told me I'd be an idiot and made a mistake and would have resolved my issue in 30 seconds. Highly recommend this if you're travelling. Definitely worth it. Great coverage and support available.
