At the moment I am visiting Indonesia (Bali). Our family has purchased 3 eSims with unlimited data. All of the local offered options were more expensive with limited data. The receptions is mostly good and often 5G speed. In our case a reload issue resulted in an unfortunate 4th order. With some communication Maya has refunded the unintentional order and the help desk was quick with responses. With a next visit I will use the service from Maya Mobile again.

While I made a mistake when adding data to an existing e-sim and ended up creating a new e-sim, Felipe Bejarano from the support team went above and beyond and quickly moved everything to the right place and I immediately had data enabled back on my line without needing to add a new e-sim.

I've been in US for almost a month and their data coverage is one of the best I've seen so far. 100% recommend Maya and will definitely be using on our next trips.

Couldn't install the eSIM and suspected that my device isn't compatibile. Contacted the support, they responded promptly and offered me a refund,which I accepted. Everything was done easy and quickly. If support is this friendly and professional, I have no doubts that the product is, too.

I have a 30day data package for Europe and overall, it worked great. I used the service in Germany, Island and Norway during a cruise. Of course there is no connection while on sea but at any harbour it worked.
I had an issue at the last harbour in Norway and it continued in Germany. After contacting the service team of Maya the problem was solved within a very short time. The service was excellent!

I have used the Maya eSIM for the second time on holiday and it works perfectly. Full network, immediate activation without any problems. Used in Turkey for 15 days with 20 GB. Recommended. Greetings

Less than an hour after I arrived in Bali for 10 days my phone completely died. I was able to contact Maya via email using my daughter’s phone, and without a question they ended my Esim and loaded a brand new one on my daughter’s phone. So very very helpful and responsive. Will certainly be using them again for future overseas travel.

Was my first experience of an eSim, Maya had enough different offers to pick one up adapted to my needs and quite cheap. Didn't have any trouble during my stay in Europe, do recommend !

Purchasing and general setup were easy enough. But my service in London was very shotty. Worked at times, no connection at other times. Who knows, could have been something I was doing wrong. It was unreliable enough to the point that I just gave up and paid for the roaming service from my normal phone provider for the rest of my trip.

Service is awful for a 24/7, just standard pre written text being posted. no one to actual talk to. Purchased again for the 2nd year and for some reason i did not get my QR code to active the esim nor can i even add it via a Manual Activation code following their guide stating to go to your account and "click Install" next to the esim which does not even exist in my account. Started chat 8.49am and its 9.38am still no proper response or solution to why i cannot re-activate my esim on my phone?

First connection established flawlessly. 90% of the time the connection speed was very very good. But at some places, despite the phone showed 3/4 bars of 4.5G connection quality, there were some delays on page loadings. But that was a minor issue that didn't ruin my experience. Trustful service!

Being a first time esim I was sure to get confused.

Having to message Maya via email was sceptical, but was surprised how nice, and eager to help they where.

Two points worth noting Maya do not have an app, had downloaded a random app.
Also the instructions said about using camera to read barcode, this worked only via settings.
Also my pixel in settings used a symbol for esim, this confused me as no one said to look for a symbol.
Fingers crossed 🤞 now when I arrive abroad it will work.

Excellent value for money. The coverage is good, friendly webpage with good information to track the consumption, if you managed different sims (still to improve the capability to name the sims, to identify the eaims for each phone, for multiple esims activated at the same time, in a family ). If you have any issued or questions, they solved very quick.

I was very skeptical at the beginning, because the price for 10 days in Turkey was so cheap!
I really recommend it, everything was perfect, from the activation process (so easy!) to the support team, that helped me with a little problem, which was solved in 3 minutes. By the way, my connection was perfect for my entire trip, even on the balloon in Cappadocia :) Thank you very much, I will choose maya again for my next trips!
