Porting in an old copper land line phone number was more difficult than a cell phone. Patriot stuck with it and through several calls with the old carrier, it finally happened. I also had questions about call forwarding and they were quickly solved.

Top notche customer service. Plans at a fraction of the price of the name brand guys. It is easy to speak to a live person with any issues and it feels like you are speaking to someone local that really cares about your service and experience.

Seamless transition to Patriot Mobile. Our phones were easy to switch over, I’m sorry we ever hesitated to move to Patriot. Now we aren’t supporting liberal causes.

I've only been a part of Patriot Mobile for less than one month, so I really haven't had time to analyze service completely. My guess is that I'll add another star next time! The procedure to switch from my previous carrier was easy and pleasant. The people who helped me were professional, courteous, and most helpful. On the two accounts so far for my wife and me, we've had really good service with no dropped calls, and all has been well.

Marisa Davila began my experience with Patriot Mobile flawlessly and professionally with my initial call by guiding me through the process of transferring my unlocked phone and my phone number. The sim card was stated to arrive within 3-5 business days but actually arrived in less than 24 hours- and I live in the country. I have great coverage with a great unlimited talk & text plan and 22GB a month of data- that has not slowed at the end of the month (you don't pay extra if you go over). Your phone / cloud data (texts, notes, file) remain the same so go ahead & get away from the evil empire - at a better price - with a company that mirrors your conservative values & promotes those values in the community!

Patriot is more than a wireless service. The employee are sincerely caring people. They take their time with customers to answer their questions and walk them through any issue that I need a little extra help.

I was paying OVER $250/month for Verizon for 2 phones. I am paying around $100 now. American support that I can actually understand and their values align with mine.

Bait and switch company. Hide behind patriotism and the cross to gain trust. Customer service not as good as claimed. Unannounced charge to get the service. Did not let know you can choose between AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon towers for your service. Locked me into AT&T for my service. My phone says I have AT&T an an account with AT&T. Though, Verizon towers work best in my area. Called “Patiot” about this, lady was argumenative and misleading. Tried to convince me that AT&T is better.

Very pleasant customer service. Coverage just as good as the big three, and I am not pelted with advertising. Never had a dropped call, and when I ask questions I get someone who is knowledgeable. Exactly what I was looking for!

Friendly and personal customer service. I live in a semi-rural valley with very few cell towers. When I transfered over to Patriot, I needed to try a second sim card to find the best reception. All the customer service reps usually picked up on the first ring, or I was able to have them call me back when it was my turn. This was very convenient. I never had to wait more than a few minutes to talk to a live, friendly person who was clearly intrested in helping me. Everyone was well trained and all my issues were resolved within a few minutes. Well done!

Like the fact Patriot Mobile uses towers that I have access too. My situation is peculiar bc we basically only have Verizon towers in my area. So my coverage is good and signal is good. Good American service and that’s a big plus.

I love supporting a Christian company and it’s easy to get someone to help when you call, but my service has been spotty when I get further out in the country if I’m trying to use my gps. But I still love y’all!

Your customer service exceeds expectations:. Friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful- and patient! Your rates are almost too good to be true: I was waiting for the “catch”, but there isn’t one. Pricing is just that awesome. I also love that you get to choose your network, and there’s no penalty (fee) for changing it. And again, I love that instead of charging data overage fees, the speed just slows down, which was comforting after hurricane Beryl knocked out cell towers. No hidden fees, no “surprises”. You get exactly what they say you’re going to get. Thank you, Patriot Mobile!

Patriot mobile service is great! The phone number I was assigned is a recycled one that I have had constant and continuous communications with phone calls and texts that even now I continue to receive. These unwanted communications I get charged for and use up so much of my data in my plan.
Patriot mobile plans are about double a true unlimited plan was costing me. I want to support Christian values and that’s why I am with patriot mobile now. If I continue to get contacts from this recycled phone number I will need to find another service plan and donate to my favorite causes.

I am so pleased that I went over to your company from AT&T. I was paying 70 something dollars a month and now I’m paying $41. I’m senior citizen on a fixed income and this is such a blessing to me. The decision to switch phone services was difficult and daunting. When the contact was finally made with Patriot Mobile, the reception, the assistance, the personnel and the ultimate change to the new service were amazingly helpful and easy. There have been no glitches and the change has transparent - can't tell any difference from before to after the switch to Patriot Mobile.
