Switch While You Can
I lost my main phone. So I have 2 lines so I thought it would be so simple to switch a d use another sim card. Long story short, Customer service was horrendous. Many could barely speak English, IM. Ever replied, chat was waste, and I think an employee messed with my phone. I got a new sim card, put it in the back up to make it #1. Ok. Now I just need to activate the sim on the 2nd phone. Easy, right? Tello made it so difficult to do this. The phine number goes to t mobile, and tello didn't seem to understand. I got fed up repeating myself, and I had one chat "rep" that shouted back at me. Really professional. I explained I was getting bad customer service and I was really fed up and angry. Then I got "disconnected" from chat after I once again supplied the info I put in the original chat message.
I'm actively looking for a better service, where hopefully the reps can read and understand English and I don't have to keep repeating myself. Tello used to have decent service. It's gone downhill.
