Tello is no time to wait when it's…

Tello is no time to wait when it's subject supporting customers. As soon as you address the issue, you have an answer right away. When I told them about the problem, I thought that it will take the support team two or three days, I was wrong. Tello got back to me with a solution and everything is good to go. This is beyond my expectations. Highly recommended with five stars.

Yhe Best Bang For Your Buck

The idea that I could purchase seperate data plans that were more optimal and cost effective to our needs made this desion simple. I had been a T moblie customer for 11 years. The best plan I was offered was the 55 plus plan, included 50GB for each of our phones. I was assured this would be the best bang for my buck.
The problem is that we collectively use less than 5 GB combined by using our home wifi to conduct our business. The cost was about $125 a month. So much for loyalty...

Great Service at a Great Price!

Tello offers great service. We've never experienced any slowness or coverage issues, even though we did with the provider they lease towers from. And the price can't be beat!

Always a good resolution

Whatever I email support for, and sometimes navigate through pre-canned messages, I always in the end get specific help for any issues I have. Tello support is far and away better than any major or any other cellular company. At 65 yrs old I have literally dealt with most of them

Couldn't be happier

This is a great company for the following reasons:

Fantastic support - somebody always answers your call within minutes and always has an answer.

It was a snap to port our number from T-Mobile. It's done on their website and the port is implemented in seconds. It's easy to use an eSIM and a physical SIM for another phone arrived in two days.

Prices are excellent. Unlimited text and data is $25 with the only add-on being sales tax. It doesn't even pay to get a limited plan since it's only a dollar two or less.

Really! Tello is The Ritz Carlton of Mobile Phone!
Never-mind the price which is lower than any other carrier, MIND THE SERVICE.
Here is what comes to mind, remember all your headaches, calling ATT and Verizon! All the Nasty Sarcastic combative and less than cordial customer service!
Ok, If you want peace of mind, would like to experience competent support, get a line from Tello.

The survice is great but there are some website issues

The Tello service is mostly great. Recently it took just 15-20 minutes to port 3 phone numbers from my previous provider. On the negative side, it was VERY confusing when I was adding 2 new lines to the existing Tello account. The search on the website provided only one link to address this, but there was wrong information there. I was able to find the right way by googling, and the info was in the blog on the Reddit website.

Amazing company and customer service

Amazing company and customer service - I had an issue with my SIM card and they helped me quickly and very efficiently- I am impressed by their professionalism.

I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed

I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed. There were a few questions I had for my new account and I contacted the Tello Help/Support team. They were very helpful, patient and courteous in guiding through the short process of giving me good answers and fixing my issue which was my mistake. Telling others about Tello is a pleasure and I'm helping my friends and family.

Easier than pie

Love Tello's custom no contract plans, reasonable prices, Customer Support. Just switched from an eSIM to a SIM card because I'll be traveling abroad and will need a local eSIM (My iPhone 12 can have 2 SIMs active only if one of them is a physical card, I wanted to keep my options open.) The process was easy as pie. Well actually quite a bit easier than pie.

Tello Does Not Want Feedback on Your Experience

Don't waste your time asking Tello to consider changing their Pay As You Go option so you don't lose your credit for International Roaming after 3 months. Their SURVEY DOES NOT WORK and will not let you complain. Ken Barbi

Switch While You Can

I lost my main phone. So I have 2 lines so I thought it would be so simple to switch a d use another sim card. Long story short, Customer service was horrendous. Many could barely speak English, IM. Ever replied, chat was waste, and I think an employee messed with my phone. I got a new sim card, put it in the back up to make it #1. Ok. Now I just need to activate the sim on the 2nd phone. Easy, right? Tello made it so difficult to do this. The phine number goes to t mobile, and tello didn't seem to understand. I got fed up repeating myself, and I had one chat "rep" that shouted back at me. Really professional. I explained I was getting bad customer service and I was really fed up and angry. Then I got "disconnected" from chat after I once again supplied the info I put in the original chat message.
I'm actively looking for a better service, where hopefully the reps can read and understand English and I don't have to keep repeating myself. Tello used to have decent service. It's gone downhill.
