Easy to use. Instant top-up

I’ve been using this website for a while to send top-ups and phone plans to Trinidad and Tobago. Always works well. No issues with receiving what is paid for.

We know what we want

Whilst the top up process is seamless, it is sad that persons are forced to choose lumpsums to Digicel's liking and not what we actually need. So I cannot top up $130, but must choose between 120 or 150 or do 2 separate transactions, wasting my time.

Quick and simple

The steps was easy and I was able to top up my phone quickly. Now that I realize how hassle free the process is I will be blessing my mom with some credit also.

Fast and Reliable

Digicel always come up with ways to help encourage topping up. At this period, for example, it's hurricane season and naturally staying connected with family and friends is super important. So they not only post a reminder to 'top up' but also offered a promo code for discount. Hence, I accepted the reminder prompt and, because of the code, I'm sent able to send more. Hard to beat such a deal.

I would appreciate the opportunity to decide on top up

I would appreciate the opportunity to decide how much to send for 'top up'.
Digicel has found a way of increasing the amount spent, yet again. Once upon a time we had the option to pay in addition GCT or deduct, now that has been removed. Some times it would be nice to send a little credit to a few people, but with the top up starting at ten pounds that is not possible!

Trying to sent top up from US to…

Trying to sent top up from US to Jamaica and the only options are available is to pick a plan or choose a pre selected amount offered by Digicel. we would appreciate the the option to choose the amount we want to send. Remember most times if we are sending from over seas to Jamaica we are giving someone credit. Can you please consider option thanks in advance

It was very easy and simple to use

It was very easy and simple to send credit to Grenada using the website. I even made a mistake but still had time to rectify it before making my purchase as it allows you to view and double check before you pay, I have used this service before but it has been some years. I will definitely be using it again and recommend it to anyone who needs to send credit as they provide to various places.

SIMPLICITY OF PROCESS

I was intellectually curious about the Top Up process. I must confess, a six year old could do it, it is very simple and efficient. It's great to see a process that has to do with money so simple, and uncomplicated.

Promo codes "Calm" and "Support" were rejected

Utilizing the web site was easy and straight forward to navigate, my main grip is with the two 20% off promo codes that were recently sent to me by Digicel International, to support people affected by Hurricane Beryl, "Calm" and "Support". Both codes were rejected during checkout and I ending up paying the full price in order to top up my family members. I reached out to Digicel via email and never got a response. Extremely disappointed.

Hi,
I have been trying to contact you with reference to the above mention ticket and I can’t seem to find a reply button nowhere in your response. I know it is there somewhere but I am a senior citizen not a tech savvy individual.
I tried using discount promo code “Calm” on July 3 and it was rejected. I ended up purchasing the plan on July 4, transaction ID be6d9749-2n14-4846-a740-55d08ca01f22 for the full price.
The same thing happened on July 10 while trying to use promo “Support” I had to purchase for the full price that transaction code ID is cb096a64-d877-4fb1-86b5-8acle5f86071.

Digicel has become so disgustingly…

Digicel has become so disgustingly dishonest. They keep on nickeling and diming their customers. I am telling all of my friends and family to move to Flow. I will be moving to Flow when I get to jamaica in a months time
