Best Company Ever!

Fantastic coverage and absolutely no issues whatsoever in my few years with them! This company searches for all the possible ways to ensure you pay nothing or the least amount possible for your phone service. Plus, you can use your SIM card in the phone you have now or use the free phone they send you. I currently have their SIM in my Apple 12 Max Pro and pay nothing for service. It's the best company ever!

I have always had the best experience…

I have always had the best experience possible with Q-LINK, wireless. Most of the government sponsored cellphone programs for low income customers, are very much - sub par. Q-LINK, is the absolute best, compared to the roughly - 12 other programs that I tried!!

In a pinch

It was late when my pre paid company total shut off my phone. I was in a severe motorcycle crash when I hit a deer I have a broken collarbone and fractured skull so I can't work. Q link was immediately on it helping me fast, effortless and efficient. If you're in a position and need the phone look no further than Q link.

I couldn't do without qlink wireless

I couldn't do without qlink wireless, because my family has all passed and I only have my older sister left and she lives far from me to visit,so we talk daily because of qlink wireless.thank you for giving me that time with my sister.

Q-link has always given me good service

Although the National Verifier is totally screwed up, Q-Link has always done a good job as far as my phone service. I currently don't have the free phone because the national verifier refuses to accept the Medicaid letter that I get from the government indicating that I have Medicaid services. Therefore I cannot get my free service reenlisted. They want me to go to the Medicaid office and get a new letter but I'm not sure that that's actually going to work because there should be no reason why the letter I received from Medicaid isn't sufficient.

Because I had a good experience with your service with my free phone, I chose Q-link as my paid service now that I don't have my free phone. I decided there's no sense looking elsewhere when you have treated me very well while I had a free phone so I am sure that I will receive the same level of quality with my paid phone service!!

I am 90 years old soon to be 91

I am 90 years old soon to be 91. I live in a nursing home and enjoy the people here. I have relatives children, grandchildren, great grandchildren. Friends and past neighbors. This is such a wonderful company that helps me stay in touch with people I love.

I've been with Qlink for years

I've been with Qlink for years and I am very happy with their service and phones. I've tried to switch to another service, and had issues from the start and immediately switched back. I've learned it's not worth the change.

Fast and convenient

Never again

Sucks I ordered phone almost $200 over 3 weeks ago still haven’t received it can’t get through to customer service and they do not respond to emails. I’m so aggravated with it I don’t know what to do
