Your customer service attitude was excellent.

Your customer service attitude was excellent and extremely helpful. Your agent was patient and kind to listen and guide me to resolve my new cell phone service. Particularly when he realized i am a senior, he went few more miles to make sure my concern is addressed. I thank you all.

Easy no hassle connection

Easy no hassle connection. I just put the sim in and I was connected. This is a drastic difference from prepaid service from Tracphone and it's subsidiaries. All of which are under Verizon's umbrella. They and their customer service are almost impossible to deal with. Your customer service agents made ordering a new sim effortless and the card arrived right on time. Thank you!

Super satisfied

Thank you for the fast response and the fast delivery! I will never be unsatisfied again. I love the service I love the unlimited and I can be on the phone and use the internet at the same time . Thanks again for trusting in me to receive great beneficial help . It was really needed.

The SIM card you sent does not allow…

The SIM card you sent does not allow incoming calls and customer service declines to fix it. Several calls to customer service were met with stock answers not helpful at all. 0 stars

Worth taking the time to enroll…

The enrollment process was easily navigated online. The phone was simple to set up. Very stress free experience. Plus I didn't have to wait more than about 10 days to receive the phone at my doorstep.

Kindness Matters, We are all HUMANS

Considering these phones are available everywhere service is not really a "thing".
However!! Not the case with the 2 young men that helped me get a great phone. They were professional, knoweledgable and KIND!!! It was 1000 degrees on a hot afternoon in Sacramento California. They never broke a sweat in their consistent wonderful service. I felt special.
And the phone is great, a lot better than the other providers. The other ones have spam loaded on them.

Good service but has flaws

The Data has been slow personally and at times I couldn't use the internet data for apps or just internet usage in general. Other than that the talk and text has worked fine.

New to tru connect

I just started, but it started smoothly no problems so far,
Reception is good but I'm mostly local,I've not tested it from another state yet. For the most part I'm satisfied!!

The phone is very very slow

The phone is very very slow. Several times I have tried to log out of Facebook and it takes more than a a minute and I put the phone down, only to find out I was logged in to Facebook the whole time that's a waste of data because Tru connect is a lousy phone system

Self-Efficacy

What made my experience great is not having to engage with a foreign customer service representative. Setting up my phone in a matter of minutes versus being at a T-Mobile or Comcast store waiting for a person who is struggling to get my phone set up for over an hour.

When I got the simcard it worked in a phone that I loved. And now I got it back if I could give you a higher ranking of stars I give you a 100 star rating thank you for everything I though I could never use it again so thank you thank you thank you for being so awesome

Salesman was a big fat liar

Salesman was a big fat liar. No thanks to you Victor for screwing me. You charged me $15 cash and told me it was for one year’s service of free delivery from Amazon. Turns out it’s only good for two months and then I will be charged $6.95 per month. You lied your ass off to me Victor. Tried to complain to the company to absolutely no satisfaction. Customers beware, Especially if your salesman’s name is Victor. Very deceitful experience!

Poor customer support both online and…

Poor customer support both online and by phone. I had service with them over a year and they still didn't want to carrier unlock my phone, they instead wanted me to buy an upgrade phone that was already unlocked....they shut your service off before you have the chance to speak to someone about it.. they think people are plain stupid but is not our fault we can't understand what their saying by phone sometimes.... Assurance wireless, safe link, ect ect would be a better choice.

Great infojk

A very positive young man, Daniel Soria came by and though I was leery at first he explained the program and I said yes. I asked him if I could take a screenshot of his ID which he was happy to agree to. I then went online and read more about the program I just wanted to make sure I wasn't getting sucked into some scam. And also super happy it's an Android. I mentioned to him I still have my original Obama phone, which does work and he was curious to see what it looked like. We had a good laugh over that. And I'm just about due to buy a new Android as that is the system I use. He was very patient with me as I am an old lady that talks t
