Oh my God. Don't waste your time. they kept me hostage for an hour and a half and it's not even a human you're talking to. And they didn't help me. Apparently I can't call them an idiot as it's inappropriate language. I wanted to transfer my account to another provider as my phone isn't compatible with their services. They tried to sell me a phone 3 times and I kept telling them over and over and over that I just need the pin so I can port out my number. Everything they told me over and over was the same thing. Who the heck does this? It's abuse. A bunch of Nazi's. I will NEVER do business with them again and....I will be sure to spread this to everyone I know.

Great bargain...only wish there was human, customer service available for those of us technology challenged. i.e. when instructed to push star key to enter additional minutes, I get nowhere & needed help doing it on line.

I had a problem with a phone I bought. Twigby helped me get it corrected immediately, and I have the 2g plan. The agent was nice and patient. He was only gone seconds between messages. He even waved the normal fee for what he did. The phone works great, and I live in a rural type area.

Your company and your staff have been wonderful and helped me to get things up and running. I Pam 76 and had trouble with the technology and using it how and when I wanted but everything seems to be more difficult now. Thanks.
