Hidden fees and rip off. I topped up my mom's number ( Orange provider ) and the prices are as follows: they mention amount received 5€ but with local taxes 4.2 € and amount charged for this option 5.42€... however, they have an additional fee (procesing fee apparently) of 1.08€ ish and another fee that they deducted from the amount of the receiver ( not mentioned ). Therefore, my mom only received 3.78€. I did a second top up and same charges applied. I paid 13€ and the total top up was 7.57€. How is this fair? Why the hidden fees when their website mentiones "no hidden fees". I hope I can upload screenshot as proof. STAY AWAY. Try to find something honest.

I am using this ph. company for more than 5 yrs. to keep in touch with my relatives and friends from Romania, Germany, Canada. The communication is clear, no interruptions or delays. The price per min is lower than other ph. companies and have a convenient autopayment (reloads when the balance is less than $5). I highly recommend it.

We appreciate Suna Romania. My husband and I have been using its services for many years during which we were able to talk to our family and friends on good technical quality calls and at prices that allowed us to have long and often conversations without worrying about bills to destabilize our budget.
Another commendable quality is a clean statement for the services without a long list of taxes and fees that amount to a significant percentage of the bill and always surprize the user
Whatever taxes and fees are there are included in the offer and one will know up front that for this much money one will get this many minutes...and that's it!

I have used this company for well over 10 years to call my elderly mother back in Romania. The linked app is easy to use. The credit can be topped up from the app. Really good system when there is no modern technology available.
