I had a problem with a phone I bought

I had a problem with a phone I bought. Twigby helped me get it corrected immediately, and I have the 2g plan.
The agent was nice and patient. He was only gone seconds between messages. He even waved the normal fee for what he did.
The phone works great, and I live in a rural type area.

Terrific experience with online support chat!

Although I hadn't used online tech support chat before and was therefore a little nervous about it, it was a wonderful experience. I am now completely won over! The agent was kind, professional, helpful, and communicated very clearly. My problem was fixed very quickly.

Connect new phone with old phone apps/data

The rep was patient and helped me set up a new phone, from backups of an older phone. (S)He made it super easy and didn't make me feel stupid while doing it. Twigby support continues to amaze me, especially when so many other companies have lousy customer service.

Fabulous customer service!!!

I struggle with electronics. Finally switched from my old fave flip phone to a "modern" one (after being bullied by my children and grandchildren to do so). Have never been able to activate any apps when leaving the house but until today, didn't know why. The wonderful person on the chat line today, Harry, solved the problem in record time. My thanks to this company for great service over the years, and to their employees for going above and beyond to fix issues!

Tell ur customer service reps to start…

Tell ur customer service reps to start treating there callers better. This kid that works for u has been giving my mother the run around about getting her a Sim card. I strongly suggest people rethink going forward with this company. Doesn't seem like they care about helping but hurting. Do better. 1 star is to much

The rep's assistance

The rep, Jon, was quick to respond, professional and helpful. In chat, he said he would send a replacement sim card express delivery at no charge to me. I thought, "Awesome, thanks!" He also suggested I give him a thumbs up and then immediately closed the chat window so I was unable to; probably because it was closing time. I can't blame anyone for that. I received an email confirmation of the order and initially, it looked like I was being charged for the express delivery, but I was mistaken.

I was having a very frustrating time transferring service to my new phone, until Jon began helping me. He was VERY patient and instructive, and walked me through the whole process. i could never have done it without him. Thank you so much, Jon!

Great Tech Support

I chatted with Harry as I was not able to make phone calls after I transfered my service. We went through the initial troubleshooting steps, hit a roadblock, an easier option was to reset the phone but as I said I needed to backup Harry said let's try other things before we go that route! Thankfully was able to get the issue resolved after trying other steps. Thanks so much for a great experience with tech support.

This company is nothing but a scam

This company is nothing but a scam! The service is absolutely terrible to the point where you can't actually make or receive phone calls. When the phone is turned off you will still be "using date" as well as when it is connected to wifi, it still goes off data. The company makes it nearly impossible to cancel the account but will fraudulently charge you. Their system will pick and choose your payment method no matter what settings or accounts you have chosen yourself. When you bring their mistakes up to them, wrongfully being charged, or wrong accounts being charged, they have zero customer service skills and will refuse to help you. Despite having cancelled lines, you will still be charged for these lines. The phones work terribly and be careful because you may purchase a phone from them that is no longer connected to their network but you won't know that until you try to activate it so then you have to buy a second phone from them. They are nothing but a scam, this company is only here to take your money and commit fraud!!!

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We are sorry to see that you feel this way. We take claims such as this very seriously. Our team reviewed your account, and it seems that your line of service had moderate to heavy usage for several months. We also cannot find in our records where you tried to contact us regarding any service issues. We always ask our customers to reach out to us if they ever experience a service issue so we can resolve it. In reference to data usage with phone off or on Wi-Fi, we have never seen a phone use data while turned off or when using an active Wi-Fi signal. Now a router does transmit a signal and a phone can connect to it, yet the router must be connected to the internet to transfer data.

For payment methods, all Twigby Mobile customers are required to keep at least one payment method on file. In your case, you had one payment method on file. Mid last month our records show that you chatted with our support team to cancel service. We then refunded charges on the same day.
For the phone you purchased that would not work, You purchased that phone when Twigby used the Sprint network. You cancelled that line of service in December of 2021. When you came back in Oct of 2022 to start service again, we had completed our network switch and yes, that phone was now not compatible with the new network.

Thank you again for sharing your opinions. If ever in the future you need affordable and reliable phone service, we hope you reconsider and look to Twigby Mobile for your wireless phone service needs.

EXCELLENT Service

I don't have to contact Twigby often, but EVERY time I have, I have had OUTSTANDING customer service. Their agents are extremely helpful, timely, and patient. They walk me through every step that I need to take. We have used them for years and will continue to. Great phone service, low cost, and excellent customer service. WIN-WIN-WIN
