Extremely happy

Great bargain...only wish there was human, customer service available for those of us technology challenged.
i.e. when instructed to push star key to enter additional minutes, I get nowhere & needed help doing it on line.

Loyal expat customer!

I have been using the company 'Keep Calling' since 2018. For only €4,99 pcm, I can make as many UK phone calls as I want.

Makes keeping in contact with family at home in the UK, from Spain so easy & affordable.
Highly recommended, & for only €4,99 why are you waiting!!!

The service is too expensive. Refill dollars are not equal to actual dollars paid.

Good company but certain times when…

Good company but certain times when calling the calls static and background noise (plus ) hard to hear
international calls are dropping or opposing party cant hear and echo in the background

Thank you for reaching out. It is possible that the vast majority of problems actually occur due to a weak telecommunication network the person has in the destination country you are trying to reach when calling landline numbers, especially during peak hours.
It is advisable that you reach our agents if you continue to have connection issues so that they can place tests.

One year strong and good service with…

One year strong and good service with value for money, o talk to my family as long as I want via house phone and I’m able to others that’s aren’t on WhatsApp or any other social media communication 👍🏾

Recent Calls

Lately, the quality of the calls is not good. There is noise when I am talking to other people. Sometimes, the call is cut off and I have to call anew. In addition, the number of minutes is decreasing considerably.

Usually good connections and reliable

Usually good connections and reliable. They used to give discounts coupons (10-15%) regularly, but they seem to have stopped those. Their rates for some countries such as Suriname, are pretty high (35.5 cents) 6 cents per min higher than some other providers. They are pretty good but I will keep looking for less expensive options since the discounts are no longer offered.

I am not disappointed

Keep Calling is a good app and allows me to easily keep in touch with my friends all over the world. I highly recommend them. Reasonable rates and good reliability

It works

It works , but there are some telephone providers out there , for example Voiply they offer nation wide unlimited calling and 50 international countries also unlimited for give and take $ 9,- a month . That is some unbeatable thing.

Multiple Recurring Errors in the app.

My phone keeps going dead while I am in the middle of a phone call. My my screen goes black, I can hear the other person but they can no longer hear me. Has occurred every time I use it on my new ZFold phone. I also find my Bluetooth headphones often disconnect in the middle of a conversation.

Thank you for your feedback! In order to ensure the highest app call quality, please go through these checks:
-Make sure you benefit from a strong Internet connection.
-Make sure you have the latest app version installed on your device.
-Make sure you do not have any VoIP restrictions from your Internet provider.
-Set your Caller ID - this will ensure high quality. Go to your app menu and look for Caller ID, then follow the instructions. The Caller ID is the number showing up on the screen of the person you call.

As an alternative, you can try offline calling with the app. You can activate it in the Settings section of your app.

You can also try an access number in your area if you want to call without using the Internet. Please look for the city closest to you on this page: https://keepcalling.com/access_numbers.
